Maybelline's Master Glaze Blush Stick in Pink Fever

Now I never really used to wear blush. I never thought much about it until I started doing a lot of photos and seeing my face washed out without the little bit of the pink on my cheeks.

So I have been on a search to find a good blush. This is the first one I bought and I am really liking it so far.

The color is very intense and looks great and it is very blendable. I love how soft it feels and the way it has a real good staying power.

I haven't had the chance to try out the other colors that are in this line, but I am very excited to get the rest of the line. I am more a pinks and reds type girl, but I want to start trying other colors so I can play around more with makeup as I do more cosplays and costumes.

Candii Blossom Eye Shadows - Indie Brand

So I had the pleasure of working with Candii Blossom Cosmetics, she sent me 5 sample clamshells of her eye shadows for me to review. Before I even get into the colors I have to say they smell awesome. I just absolutely love the way they smell. She picked out five very vibrant awesome colors. I was super excited to open the envelope and check them out.

The packaging is very cute and the tiny clamshells are awesome. I will say I am not one for the little baggies, too messy and just annoying, so this totally made me super excited that they came in mini clamshells.

The five colors she sent me were Sky, Oh Tiffany, Morning Glory, Erin and Lava Flow. Now they are all great vibrant colors so here is each one of them.

Lava Flow is a beautiful red with some sparkles. I love it.. I will definitely be using it.

Next up is Sky.. a gorgeous cornflower blue. Looks amazing.

Then we have OH, Tiffany another blue, this one is beautiful and lighter then Sky. I love it.. I can't wait to use it in a look.

Erin is a incredible yellow. I love yellows this is no exception

Lastly, but not least is Morning Glory a wonderful purple.

All of the colors are so vibrant. I love all the colors she sent me and will definitely be grabbing more from her shop, especially since they smell so tasty.

You can purchase these beauties and many more over at her Artfire shop

And for my Nail polish fiends she also sells Nail Polish. I am going to purchase some and review those for you as well. I might even do a giveaway for some shadows I purchase for you all.

So I am trying to get back in the habit of a weekly giveaway since I used to hold a weekly giveaway and then I stopped since I had low entries. So I am going to start working harder on promoting myself again and getting myself out there. Since I want to be able to show you guys great things and share with you all great things.

This giveaway prize was purchased with my own money. All the opinions on the polish are my own.

So I picked up this polish the other day and decided to grab a second package for you guys since I loved the colors. Sadly my nails have been breaking like crazy so sorry for the short nail pictures. I will work on that.

This package is called Winter Affair and comes with 4 Color Club nail polishes. It comes with a purple with blue undertones and glitter, a green with blue undertones and glitter and a red with glitter and a clear with sparkly white glitter chunks.

CVS Mini Haul

I had some coupons for free BodyWash over at CVS so I went over and to grab the body wash and the Red Coupon Machine gave me some coupons to use. They sent me a $3 coupon to use towards anything.

I saw there was a coupon for $1 off large Dove bars, I remembered that there was some on sale for $0.59 so I grabbed 2 of them.

Then they had a coupon for $0.25 off a Pepsi Product, so I grabbed a 2 liter of Mountain Dew, with 5 people in my household we go through far too much soda, it is my vice for sure.

I found the Maybelline Color Show Denims on half price. So I picked up the two different colors they had Styled Out and Demin Dash. So $4 for 2.. YAY

I also grabbed City Duet 2 in 1 Lip Color by NYC in The Hot Pinks. I grabbed Wet N Wild's Spotlight Red. I have heard so many people talk about it that I knew I had to grab it.

I got CVS brand Body Wash in Romance and Energize. I like the smell of both so I am quite excited. They were free because of the coupons they gave out.

I got a limited edition Olay cleansing wipes in a cute container. I wanted to try them and I love boxes, so I had to get it.

Overall I spent $13.73 and I saved $18.84. I am pretty pleased with how I made out in this one.

I used a $3 coupon they emailed me, 2 bodywash coupons from the Facebook page (1 for me, 1 for my bf), a coupon off the body wash bottle, and 2 coupons from the Red Coupon Machine in store.

Nicole by OPI GumDrops

So this weekend I got to play with the new Nicole By OPI GumDrops. I am totally digging on the textured polishes and was super excited to try it out. I really love OPI's LiquidSand so I figured, from the same brand I would adore these. They aren't as textured as I thought they would be. I used My Cherry Amour (Red) and A-nise Treat (Black) as accent nails. They are textured matte glitter.

They didn't dry super fast so I messed them up three times before I got them to dry without me screwing them up. I love the colors, but felt there wasn't enough texture to them.

I know kinda funny when I felt the Sally Hansen had too much texture, and OPI Liquidsand is my favorite at the moment. I haven't had the chance to try them all but I promise to keep you updated.

I did not purchase these or receive them, I was just given the chance to play with them.

There are 6 colors in the set, I only had the chance to play with 2 of them. So if you get the chance, they are beautifil polishes and worth the money if you like the micro glitter look.

Lynnderella Very Pretty Vampire review and swatches

I had heard a ton of things about Lynnderella and I hadn't had the chance to grab one. Then the other day I got a Very Pretty Vampire. It was a beautiful glitter polish with small purple circles and medium sized red squares. I liked the color so I had to get it.

I love the color but I couldn't get it to go on smoothly. It was super glitter heavy. Maybe it was just my bottle, since it was depotted for me into a smaller bottle. I might try thinning it out a bit, but I couldn't get it to work for me.

I like the colors, so hopefully I will find a use for it.

DIY Crayola Crayon Lipsticks first run

So I have seen people do this on youtube and I have been wanting to try it out. I decided to go out and purchase some items to make this work. It's the first time I had tried it so I stayed in the non scary realm of things and just used 3 simple colors Pink Carnation, Red Violet and Red Orange. The next time when I get more containers I will be putting in some essential oils and mixing the colors to get more fun colors I haven't tried.

I bought a box of Crayola Crayons, a bottle of Coconut Oil, a bottle of Pure Olive Oil and 2 bowls to mix everything in.

It is really simple, just pick a color. I first choose Pink Carnation. Unwrap it. (I forgot to take a picture of the pink unwrapped). Next take a half tablespoon of Olive Oil and a half tablespoon of Coconut Oil. Take the crayon break it up and put the bowl in the microwave. I did it for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds, but I was constantly checking up on it. Didn't want to over cook it. Then I took it out of the microwave and stirred it up a bit. Then I took a spoon and spooned in a little at a time quickly. (I got better as I went) into the container I had available. Then I repeated each step for each color. I took lots of pictures and I plan to do a youtube diy for you all soon, but for now here's my learning attempts.

It goes on a little waxy, but I'm ok with that since this was my first attempt. I already ordered other stuff to try out. It smells like crayons in the container but doesn't really taste like crayons (maybe a little waxy tasting but not really), and I can't smell any smell when it is on my lips. I did get some essential oils to help with the smell for next time. I can't wait to make and mix tons of colors. I just made the world of lipstick an infinite place for me.

Have any of you all done something like this yet? Did you enjoy it?
