Nerd Lacquer Quasar review and swatches

I have heard about these polishes from every indie nail lover. I have wanted to get myself one. I got the chance to pick up Quasar. It is a beautiful polish and it goes on so clean. I really like the brand. I really am falling in love with the indie polish companies.

The color is a green jelly with glitter in it. It's the first glitter polish that I really like so far, so that was a first for me. I really dig the color too, in and out of the bottle. It is so gorgeous. I am so glad I grabbed a bottle of this for my collection, now to catch them all.

Sally Hansen Sugar Coat in Razzleberry Review and Swatches

So I got this nail polish the other day at Target. My target had all the colors, but I could only grab this bright gorgeous blue. I really wanted to check it out. I picked it because it was so incredibly vibrant. The blue just jumps out at you. I am all about vivid colors and patterns. You can catch me wearing neon colors and bright patterns almost all the time. I am updating my wardrobe again as it gets to be summer and I get back to being toned. So from time to time I will post pictures of my outfits just because I love to share with you all what fun I am having.

The polish is different from the liquidsand in that it is more like sand then micro glitter. It almost feels like sugar on your nails. It's an interesting texture for sure. I think the color is gorgeous but the application is a little difficult and the texture doesn't grind down like the other textured polishes so it gets caught on things. That's my only real complaint with the polish is that it snags things. I definitely wouldn't wear this with any material that I am known to snag, or I would definitely ruin it.

Urban Outfitters Nail Polish in Bright Lights

I am going to call this the Funfetti polish, it reminds me of Funfetti cake mix. I love Funfetti cake mix so I love this polish. I like the opaque color with the multi colored glitter. I was hoping that they had more of these nail polishes would be in the bin so I could grab another for a giveaway but they were all out of them.

It goes on well, a little too thick so you have coat it once, and be careful not to make too much of a mess.

Urban Outfitters Nail Polish in Lollipop

I love clearance polish so I had to get this color since it was on sale for $0.99 instead of $5. What a steal it is. I like all the glitter that was in this polish along with the nice simple pink. I like the pink color and all the different sizes of multi colored glitter.

If you don't coat it too thickly, it is a little heavy and moves down your nail, but that just means coat slowly and let it dry and coat again. It looks really nice, probably looks nice over a neon pink color.

Urban Outfitters Nail Polish in Scorcher

I bought a ton of the Urban Outfitters Nail Polishes the few different times that I went to check out the clearance section for makeup. I love makeup so it makes things hard to say no when the polishes are only $0.99 each. This is one of the polishes I grabbed from the Las Vegas Hotel's Mall Urban Outfitters. I am not in love with glitters, but I am slowly letting them grow on me.

I like the way the polishes go on really simply and the amount of the glitter is really great. A lot of glitter polishes are not good at giving a good coverage.

My Little Pony Nail Polishes from Hot Topic

I ended up picking these adorable nail polishes because I am a huge MLP (My Little Pony, both friendship is magic and the original ponies from the 80's.) I have been collecting as my mother puts it from before I was born. I own somewhere near 1000 maybe more. I someday plan to display them all in my makeup room on shelves. They are a good link to my past.

Now I got 2 polishes that day a purple and a white sparkle. I liked them. They don't go on globby, they look nice and the white sparkle is a almost sheer polish with a ton of white glitter that make it almost seem like a white shiny polish instead of glittery.

There is one thing I dislike about them, the glitter on the cap, it makes it hard to open and the glitter comes off on everything. I might just clean off the caps, because I would rather it didn't.
