True North Cashew Crunch

The new year brought a lot of changes for me and one of them was trying to eat healthier so now when I am out I grab healthier snacks. I saw these the other day and since I love cashews I thought why not to grabbing them and giving them a try.

The pieces are nicely sized for one bite I like that since they are sticky. They taste like cashew peanut brittle. Five pieces is 120 calories. They are made with just a few ingredients.

cashews

brown rice syrup

brown rice crisps

sugar

sea salt

and sunflower oil.

They are also vegan, have no preservatives and no trans fat. On top of that they are delicious.
