NYX Love's Anthem Lip Gloss Set Review and Giveaway

So tonight I went to the mall and saw these and thought I needed to check them out. I've never really used NYX products, but I hear a ton of people talking about them so I had to check it out. This set has 10 lip glosses in it.. All ranging in Red and Pinks. While there I decided to pick up a 2nd set to give away to one of my followers. So the set will be new and unused. One lucky winner will get this awesome set. The best part is I have quite a few more giveaways coming up this month. I keep finding cool stuff and I want to share it with you guys, the people who listen to what I say lol. :)

Lots of beautiful colors. Well let me talk about the lipglosses and then I will get down to the nitty gritty of contest rules and such.

Here is the lipglosses in the order they are in the box. None of the glosses have names. The lipglosses aren't labelled at all. They have some staying power for sure. I had to work at getting them off my arm after I swatched them.

Urban Outfitters Clearance Haul..

So I always stop in any of the stores at my mall that sometimes do clearance. I will say for the last 4 months I have hit this store at least once a month and just found out they have an entire clearance room. WHAT??? I know right.

I love though that I can pick up different things for like $0.99 and $1.99.

This last time I picked up 3 polishes for $1.99 each and 2 NYX brushes for $0.99. I was so excited because I don't own any of the style of polishes I bought. I finally own a Model's Own.

My love of cute bottles

So I have this love for cute lotion bottles. I try only to buy the cutest so I don't go out of my budget. So here's a few that are living in my bathroom.

The alligator bottle is a bodywash in the smell of apple. It's from Disney's Game Where's My Water? Its a cute puzzle game. I am in love with this, better yet it was a holiday promo at Walmart. I got it for only $5. So now when it is empty I will fill it up with some Bath and Bodyworks.

The Pink bottle is from Victoria's Secret Pink. I love the store and love how cute the bottle is. The smell of the lotion is real nice as well.

The last bottle is the Katy Perry Perfume. I got it because I love cats. It's cute, but I've never worn the scent or smelled it.

Kleancolor Loveville 12 color Palette Matte Shimmer Duo - Alluring Touch

Another while I was out the other day purchase. I swear the Daiso Japan store is dangerous for me. How can I walk out there while everything is only $1.50. I have to go in and run out when I get there.. scary enough I need to go back because I bought the wrong kitty scratching post and my kitty is going crazy and starting to scratch the carpet and I can't have that.

So this time I grabbed some Kleancolor Palettes with bright vibrant colors. Now I know most people don't like using cheap eye shadow because it is not as pigmented, but in my opinion, it all depends on what you are looking for. I found a palette at a dollar store that was rainbow color. I did an awesome rainbow eyes with it, it was completely vibrant and stayed all day.

Kleancolor came out with lots of Palette's this is one of two that I picked up in the Loveville series. This one is called Alluring Touch. It has 12 gorgeous colors. The top 6 are beautiful Pinks and Oranges. The bottom are shimmery colors. My favorite in the set is the middle blue shimmery color. It so beautiful and vibrant and goes on brightly. Not all the other colors show up brightly without helping by using some primer or other helpers.

Not all the colors are pigmented but the last yellow on the top and the middle blue are quite pigmented. So even just for those two colors it is worth the super cheap pricing.

Kleancolor Femme Lipsticks Rainbow review post 1 of 2

So while out shopping the other day I came across these cheap beauties. Now I am a sucker for crazy colored lipstick. its a downfall of mine. Not sure why I think it is soooo awesome.. Probably cause I love vibrant rainbow colors, so it sticks with the theme. This brand you will find at lots of 99 cent stores, dollar stores, liquor stores, and discount stores. I have used the nail polish and liked it so I picked up 5 of the 12 here at the store, and then I bought the other 7 in the collection on ebay. You will see the other lipsticks as soon as I get them in the mail. Exciting I know.

So I ended up with 2 blues, 2 greens and a yellow.

These colors wipe off pretty easily so they aren't designed for long lasting wear. You might be able to make them last longer by coating them in a clear lipgloss. They are also a bit greasy and have a slight fruity smell to them. But all in all for a lipstick thats just $1.50 its not a bad buy. Mix it with some more pigmented shadow and a gloss and get a more vibrant color.

OPI James Bond Collection Skyfall Nail Laquer

So while I was out the other day I got super lucky and the salon in my mall was having a Buy One get 2 free on a ton of stuff. They had OPI's in this sale. So I ended up getting 2 of the James Bond Collection and Nail Envy(that came with bracelet and charms.Those other two bottles will be on different posts.

So I don't own many OPI's I think one of the first I got was from a twitter contest directly from them. But I like the way they go on and the way they cover the nail. It's so even and nice looking. Also when I see a deal like that how can I turn it down.

So Skyfall is a beautiful deep red color. This is my nails painted but not cleaned off, mostly cause I was lazy and was going to be taking off the polish anyways.

Goes on smooth, beautiful, great color for a nice night out.

Makeup Mail this week. Love all the stuff coming in

Been getting so much makeup in the mail.. part of it because I keep finding great deals and the other because I win stuff. Now I just need to get mail for reviews to make my day. So here's just some pictures of all the cool stuff that has shown up.

MAC Archie's Girls Launch Party.. Such a blast

So my boyfriend and I went to the mall for all the things I wanted to check out for the day. I do it a lot.. We live about 2 miles from the mall, its great for when I'm bored and I get in my exercise walking there and back. As we were walking around we saw that MAC was doing the launch party for the new line Archie's Girls. He patiently sat outside while I looked at everything.. For some reason makeup is not his thing. LOL.

I actually went to the prerelease for this makeup line in July of last year and got some Betty and Veronica Pin Up Posters signed by the artist. I was super excited.. Not only because I love pinups but I've loved Archie for a long time. Im gonna say I still can't decide though if I like Betty or Veronica more. It's such a toss up for me because they both hold attributes that I desire. Beauty, innocence, Confidence.

The store looked all dressed up for the occasion. They had windowclings, posters and the products displayed ever so adorably inside and then they had makeup artist doing your makeup outside.

I had a blast and walked away with an adorable photo of my boyfriend and I and with a super cute tin of mints.

My Little Pony now at H&M Yay

So I am a huge MLP fan, and I don't mean friendship is magic, I haven't seen it but it is on my too watch list. Not saying I don't think the ponies aren't adorable in FiM.. and let me tell you I bought Spike the day they released a toy for him. SOOOO Freaking cute. But I am a lover of the original My Little Ponies. Baby Firefly being my all time favorite toy, I have owned probably 40 of her over the years because I tend to lose her and I'm horribly superstitious. That is a whole other blog post lol.

So I found out that they were going to have a shirt, my boyfriend and I ran down there. He found me the only size 2 they had and took it to the register. I was in heaven. Then I bought a bunch of clearance makeup.. cause they were $0.50 each. I mean honestly how could I say no.

The MLP shirt is freaking adorable and I am so happy I got it before they sold out and I had to try to find it on ebay.

Victoria's Secret Indulge Me Party

This Sunday I went to a party at Victoria's Secret. I was so excited since they were doing manicures and giveaways. Didn't win a giveaway but I had a lot of fun. I had a $100 giftcard I won from a contest they ran during the Fashion Show.

I will say I was a little sad that they had already stopped selling the jacket I really wanted. I ended up picking up a couple of great items. I love the store soo much.

The sale of the day was $25 off a $100 purchase and a free box of designer chocolates with a $75 purchase.

I got a yellow Pink hoodie on sale for $21.99 instead of $46.99, a pair of LE St pat's undies, a pair of short short yoga shorts, and a nude colored Bra, which pushed me up to get a free box of chocolates. Then afterwards I found the Setting Spray and I've never tried a setting spray so I thought I should pick it up. (Review on that shortly.)

Snap Appy Old Navy App.. Snap 5 My fun times.

So this is a app you can pick up from the Google Play store or from the Apple store depending on the phone you currently have. I have had it over a year. I love it. All you do is snap a picture of the Old Navy logo and you have the opportunity to get a coupon or some random fun facts. I love playing the game. I do it once a week. The coupons range from $5 off a $5 purchase, $15 off a $75 purchase and more. I love the $5 coupon because I can pick up something for super cheap.

Last week I got 5 nail polishes. Three of them glitters and a pink and a red.

This week I picked up a lip gloss, 2 containers of nail polish remover pads and a Super Mario bandages tin. I love Mario.

I can't wait to see what I will get next time. Normally I pick up a shirt or tank tops, but lately I have been getting the makeup.

DSW shoes.. Love them

I haven't written a post about them yet and I should because I totally adore the company. They sell so many different brands and have a great selection online and in store. I love them.

I love all the giveaways, freebies and cash cards they give out as well. I have bags, wine stoppers, and tons of shoes I have gotten for less then $5 because of all the great things they do. They truly do care about the people who spend money in the stores. I totally enjoy going into the store that is right down the street from me.
