Cap'n Crunch Snack Mix Chocolately Peanut Butter

So today while I was picking up some pens and a notebook to do some cleaning, I saw these little beauties and thought why not try it... it has lots of things that I like, peanut butter, Cap'n Crunch, chocolate covered pretzels and candy. I mean really that sounds delicious.

The bag is just the right size to snack on and share with another person, and it reseals so you don't have to worry about it later. I love resealed about bags of food, I only eat a small amount so I hate when products go bad on me too quickly.

My bag came with the most of the peanut butter Cap'n Crunch, then chocolate Cap'n Crunch, the chocolate pretzels, and lastly the candy drops. So it has a nice peanut butter rounded taste. The bag has 3 servings and thats about 170 calories per serving. I would probably pour the bag into a bowl, so that I don't keep scraping my nails against the pretzels. Amazingly there is a lot of folic acid in each serving 45% of the daily value.

So if you like peanut butter and you like chocolate and Cap'n Crunch this this might be the perfect movie or tv snack for you.

Changing my diet and the way we do things at home

I have noticed lately that I am allergic to a lot more foods then I was when I was younger so we decided to see if changing our diets and exercising can hep with my pain and fatigue.

We are going Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Red Meat Free. Not vegan or vegetarian.. just cutting out all the foods that I think may be the major cause of the unhealthiness of my body. So from time to time you might see me post recipes for meals I have made.

The other sacrafice we are making is soda and any sugared drinks. We are going to try to cut them out completely. Since we are both huge soda drinkers we know this is probably going to be killer but will be working together to make it happen.

I will also be posting about our exercise and such. I would love to hear from anyone that would like some encouragement or needs a little help or has advice. I am here to be friendly and would love to help or listen.

So we start next week. I am a bit scared because food wise I am allergic to a lot of things and I have texture issues.. so this is going to limit my food by a huge amount. It does mean a huge amount of veggies and fruit and chicken.

Guest Review: TownSent Seafood Restaurant by Michael Pe

So from time to time I always offer friends and family the chance to guest post on my blog. I love hearing other peoples opinions. So my friend Michael is a photographer and a good one at that, he has taken lots of photos of me over the years. He asked if he could review Restaurants and Hotels because he doesn't see enough reviews on that sorta stuff and being someone who has to travel a lot he wants to see more. So here he is contributing the first of many of his posts to my blog.

As a professional photographer living in Los Angeles, I travel all over United States. I’ve stayed in many hotels and motels and I have eaten in various restaurants ( including fast food unfortunately ). A lot of my clients and friends often ask me where the best place to eat in Los Angeles is. There are many fantastic restaurant and lots of not so great ones. One of my favorite styles are Chinese Food.

One in particular that came to mind is Town Sent Seafood Restaurant. I’ve been going there for years. I recently went back there three days ago and I ordered the shrimp fried rice and snow pea leaves with garlic. I’ve had this dish in many Chinese and Filipino restaurants but this is by far the best one I have had. The leaf is not soggy and salty like the others. The flavor burst in your mouth like firecrackers on Fourth of July. It’s cooked to perfection in my opinion. Their menu consists of varieties of selections including vegetarian food.

The restaurant staffs are very friendly and will make your dining experience very pleasant.

Town Sent Seafood Restaurant is located in the great city of Covina on W. San Bernardino Rd, just 20 miles away from downtown Los Angeles. They are Open 7 days a week from 11am to 10pm. They are even open on holidays.

If you want to check out their menu visit their website http://townsent.com

Tell them Michael Pe sent you ;)

Eggo Wafflers my biggest weakness

Now I am not usually allowed to buy these delicious waffles of oh soo tasty goodness, but Target was having a sale and he wasn't with me to tell me No, so I walked out of the store with 3 boxes.. YAY. His reasoning behind why I shouldn't have them is sane, I eat a whole box in a sitting.. because they are straight up delicious. They don't need syrup and they taste like heaven.

I have only had one of the flavors but it is literally one of my top favorite foods.

I just wanted to talk about these because they are so good. I love the cinnamon swirl ones. I had them for breakfast.
