Anise Va Va Bloom and Sea Siren

Now the other day DSW gave me a $10 giftcard for no reason, now I don't mind that at all. I ran down to my DSW (less then a block away) and looked for like an hour at shoes. Let me tell you I am a hard sales finder and usually walk away with a new pair of shoes for only $1-3 after discounts and my giftcards but I just couldn't find a pair I needed. I did find an amazing pair of Blue Heels, but I would never wear them so I skipped on them. As I was going to look at clutches and wallets I saw that the nail polish was on sale buy one get one half off, making two polishes $9 so I knew it was fate and decided to pick up two polishes. I had to grab some shoelaces to make my $10 so I ended up paying $1.10 for the two polishes and shoelaces. I am so glad I decided to go this route. I am in love with this polish.

The two polishes I went with were Sea Siren and Va Va Bloom because I loved the color in each of them. I really loved the greenish blue and the pinkish reds. I am so glad I did because I am truly in love with these colors.

One of the great things about this product is that it goes on really smooth, and looks absolutely gorgeous. I love how clean it looks and the metallic is just wonderful. It does have the finest glitter or sparkle to it so it is a little bit hard to get off with polish but not like trying to take off the Glitter polishes.

New Essie Resort 2013 Line

Essie is coming out with this new line of colors

I am in love with the "In the Cab-ana" color. It's such a gorgeous blue and I love the light lavender color called "Under Where?". Such an amazing color. I don't have many light purples so I may just have to go pick up this color and the blue.

Milani Rose Hip

I had to have this color and had spent a lot of time trying to track it down. I got lucky the other day when I went into my local Target and there it was. Now it is this vibrant beautiful pink that just screams wear me if you dare. I am so in love with it. I love bright pinks and deep reds so this was so what I was looking for.

I love the way it looks on. I love how long it lasts and it smells like watermelons. Tell me what is there not to love about this lipstick. It is now forever in my bag of go to lipsticks.

Just me.. that's all you get

Good Morning my cats and kittens. I just love this picture of me no makeup, just being me. I mean I love wearing Makeup but the simple morning me is what most people see. I'm working on making my skin nicer and I right now can't really wear eye makeup because my eyes are being nutty. I hate it but it is what it is.

Just wanted to say hi, between my pictures of makeup and finds and loves. Just get in on the moments of random. I had a bowl of Special K this morning.. never thought I'd like the cereal, but I do. Thankfully I bought 8 boxes to enjoy. Might even go buy more, get a 2nd set of polish since the cereal is quite good.

My cat Snotti is curled up next to me squeaking everytime I make too much noise or move too much. And my boyfriend is reading up on the video game we both play. I'm watching Numb3rs and I'm awake before 10am.

Well what's your morning like?

Suave Dry Conditioner Spray

Now I saw this the other day and thought interesting. I use Dry Shampoos a lot because my hair tends to get very oily and it is a great way to take the oil out. I saw this and was intrigued because its a dry conditioner. Definitely a good idea, I use leave in conditioners so why not a dry one.

I like the suave professionals stuff for 2 reasons. First reason is it is cheap. I like cheap stuff that works. Then secondly it works. So like I said I like cheap stuff that works.

I Like the way it feels in my hair and it definitely helped make my hair more shiny and less oily. So I will definitely be buying more of this.

Has anyone else seen this? Or tried it.

Special K and OPI team up for some awesome rewards

I just ordered my set of Special K OPI nail polishes from the kelloggs reward site. I went down to my local Target and purchased 8 boxes of Special K, I tried to get different flavors so I wouldn't be tired of them too quickly and sadly couldn't get any of the flavors that looked like something I would want to eat. I heard though that these cereals are really good for you. So I definitely will give them a try. I figure I spent $25 on 8 boxes and if I was to go buy 3 OPI's at a store I would pay at least $25 so getting food and nail polish for the price of just nail polish isn't bad at all.

The 3 colors you get for the 8 specially marked codes are Red, Pink and Blue.

I promise when I get them in I will definitely swatch them for you. I am very excited. As a kid I always did cereal promotions. I won my first sweepstakes at 5. I won a mountain bike from Captain Crunch, which we traded in for a Little Mermaid Bike. So I am always interested in seeing what cereal boxes are giving away. I have tons of sets of the toys from the early 90s.

Here's a link to the Kellogg's site, if you eat Special K. Kelloggs Rewards

Disney Jasmine Launch Party for Sephora at Downtown Disney

So I was lucky enough to get a chance to attend a nice little launch party for the Disney Sephora collection, this event was held at the Downtown Disney Sephora this past Saturday. I was going to go back to Wondercon but I decided to instead go to this little event and enjoy a little time walking around. I didn't have a costume for Wondercon (even though on friday in my normal get up 15 people either asked to take pictures of me, or wanted a picture of me. Makes me feel good.. no idea why, always happens at cons on the day I'm in street clothing).

I got there and got my name on the appointment sheet to get my makeup done. Walked around the store a bit to look at other makeup stuff, since it had been 5 whole days since I had last been in a Sephora, haha.

They had all the employees wearing the Jasmine crowns that were given out as a gift if you got your makeup done by the makeup artists. So I was super excited.

I thought the makeup artist did a great job on my makeup. I really liked the colors she used.

If you bought anything from the Disney collection you got a Jasmine sketch that you could have signed by a Disney Artist.

The cool thing I saw while there was that they had some of the Limited Edition Swarvwoski Cinderella Large Palette and the Perfume. Only $150 each and they could be yours. The palette was beautiful.

I did take a picture while I was there.

I had a great time. I love when Sephora does events it is always a blast. I got the compact from the collection. I really love it, it's so beautiful.
